Who does Newday work with?
The practice supports South African SMEs, start-ups, NPOs, NPCs, PBOs, trusts and individual taxpayers who value structured records and direct accountability.

What happens in the first consultation?
The first conversation covers your entity, current records, systems, deadlines and pressure points. Newday then recommends a scope that separates recurring work, once-off cleanup and specialist matters.

Yes. Newday is a director-led practice and clients work directly with Thapelo Ramafoko, sole director and principal accountant.
Which accounting systems do you use?
The practice uses cloud accounting and professional reporting tools, and can work with common platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero and Pastel depending on the engagement.
Can you assist with a SARS notice or verification?
Yes. Newday can review the notice, translate the document request and scope the response, verification, objection or dispute support required.
How are prices confirmed?
Public prices are starting fees. The final proposal considers transaction volume, VAT, payroll, record quality, deadlines, entity type and complexity.
